This line is intended for production of PE Spiral Corrugated Pipes.

Main Technical Parameters:

• The advanced technology from Korea combined with years of pipe manufacturing experience and with reasonable design - LIANSU spiral corrugated pipe line is distinct in high output, high production efficiency, stable running, low unit meter weight, excellent ring stiffness, convenient connection and economical construction.
• The line is based on single screw PE extruders.
• Co-extruder of the internal color layer of pipe.
• Separate winding device for each pipe size - reduction of time for resetting operation and durability.
• Total computer control - SIEMENS Simatic S7-300 (Germany) with a multilingual interface and color touchscreen.
• Motor and feeder speed control - converter ABB.
• Solid state relay - CELDUC, France.
• Contactor, breaker - SIEMENS, Germany.
